We are looking for your most
creative, dynamic, cutting edge work for the film festival. All genres
accepted with a focus on environmental, eco-social and sustainability (
ie..fuel from algae) projects.
Shorts
This is an opportunity to show experimental projects, fresh and new ideas in a video short. 1min-20mins approx
Documentaries
Featuring social, environmental and scientific themes that serves the
consciousness of humanity. 20mins-2hrs (if shorter than 20mins, submit
to shorts)
Environmentalism
Looking for submissions that showcase new and exciting solutions to the
present enviornmental concerns. This festival is featuring this genre
as the main focal point. There is much interest in this subject in the
Monterey Bay area. There will also be an international audience of
tourist attending the festival on the Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf.
Feature Length
Receiving submissions from documentaries to drama, to suspense, comedy etc.. open to all genres. 1hr 20min-2 1/2hrs
Animation
This is a place where experimental and innovative ideas can come alive.
Due to the expeninetial growth in the development of CGI technology has
spawn amazing animation possibilities.
